ScreamFree Parenting

Based on the award-winning DVD program by Today Show regular Hal Runkel, LMFT, ScreamFree Parenting is unlike any other parenting material you’ve ever encountered. It doesn’t teach you tips or techniques that merely scratch the surface of what you’re after. This is a whole new way of thinking that will change the way you see yourself and your kids from the moment you interact with it.

The ScreamFree way compels you to focus on yourself and calm yourself down, opening doors to newfound peace that your family deserves. Being part of this 8-week class with other parents who are on a similar journey will allow you to exchange ideas, laugh with each other, and support each other as you embark upon your journey to become ScreamFree.
